Using images, objects and metaphor drawn from dramatherapy, it offers somewhere to pause and put some of what you’re carrying down for a while — no acting, no pressure to share, and no creative experience needed.
An experiential conference workshop inviting participants into the playful, collaborative world of long-form improvisation as a creative tool for re-sourcing the self — exploring how group dynamics, role patterns and relational tensions can be surfaced and transformed through symbolic play, with no performance experience needed.
