For when talking isn’t enough
I offer creative arts psychotherapy (dramatherapy) for adults, young people and children who feel stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected—especially when words are hard to find.
Dramatherapy uses creativity, the body and imagination to explore experience safely and at your own pace.
Exploring experience through objects, images and props.
Using storytelling and imagination to gain new perspectives.
Expressing feelings safely through movement and the body.
Time to make sense of what comes up and reflect back.
I’m a HCPC-registered dramatherapist and psychotherapist based in Glasgow, with an MA in Dramatherapy from the University of Roehampton and nine years of experience since qualifying.
I use creative approaches alongside talking therapy to help people explore what’s going on for them in a way that feels supportive—working at a pace that feels right for you, whether that’s with words, objects, story or movement.
I also offer in-person creative workshops in Glasgow Southside.
If any of this resonates, I’d be glad to hear from you. I offer a free 15-minute phone or online consultation so we can see whether working together feels right.
Enquiries and bookings are handled securely through my Psychology Today profile.
