Creative Arts Psychotherapy
(Dramatherapy)

For when talking isn’t enough

I offer creative arts psychotherapy (dramatherapy) for adults, young people and children who feel stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected—especially when words are hard to find.

Dramatherapy uses creativity, the body and imagination to explore experience safely and at your own pace.
